  I just talked to Crystal and she was so friendly and helpful that I immediately had to write a review. I am desperately trying to find a very specific boot for an event that sold out the moment I got confirmation on the correct size for my daughter. Crystal found it for me, in Chicago. I'm so grateful, even if I don't end up with these boots, because I have to get a friend to go get them and ship them, Crystal saved me from calling every store in Southern California trying to locate them. Great service!
