  I recently went in with my fiancée to shop for her while I was on the fence of purchasing for myself. The staff there, I didn’t get their names, was incredibly helpful. They were ready to provide input on sizing and additional options which even swayed me to purchase a set of boots myself. While you can shop online for the convenience, you go in-store to receive an experience which cannot be replicated online. This location provides that excellent customer experience which instills confidence in the product you’re buying because of the staff’s attentiveness and product knowledge.

  Bought my Docs here a few months ago and the guy who helped me was super nice. I came back one day because my heels were killing me (still breaking them in), and the same guy recommended the Double Doc socks. I bought a pair and they instantly helped, thanks so much!

  I've been to the store a couple times in the past few months, both times Emily has been incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. They helped walk me through the process of figuring out what boots were right for me, how to take care of them, and quelled any worries I had about pulling the trigger on the purchase. My boots feel great after breaking them in, and I would strongly recommend this store to anyone looking for a pair of Docs, socks for said Docs, bags, etc.

  I’ve visited the Dr. Martens store in Roseville Galleria twice now, and both times the service has been outstanding. On my first visit around 2:15 PM, a kind young lady helped us browse and find exactly what we were looking for. Her personality was amazing—friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She explained the different payment options in detail and even shared that she personally uses the app, which made the process feel genuine and relatable. That personal touch really stood out and left me excited to come back for a purchase. On my return visit, I realized last-minute that I had forgotten the store’s closing time. I called at 8:55 PM, just before closing, and an amazing gentleman answered. He went above and beyond by letting us come in to complete the purchase of the shoes we had on hold. I truly appreciated his kindness and willingness to help right before the store closed. Both experiences showed me that this location values its customers and delivers excellent service. I’ll definitely will be coming back again in the future! Although I can’t recall their names their customer service went above and beyond.
