  I have never been able to wear these. My sizes always fell right in the middle. Today, while visiting JCPenney and Victoria Secret, thought I'd give it a go. I've had surgeries and lost weight. I'm shrinking. Jasibe was such a kind associate! She even sold me insoles that didn't work like those cheap inserts. It actually filled in the gap on the top of my shoes. I had no idea this was available. I found boots I'm coming back for, we need to order them. Overall this was the best experience I've had at Dr. Martens, ever. Best workers and really helpful.

  I went today to look for shoes without the intention of purchasing anything but just to look for a future purpose. we met this awesome employee named Jasibe, and wow, she was so so helpful. i must have tried on 8 different pairs of shoes and she was super helpful and fun with all of them. i didn’t intend to try that many on but she was so willing to help me find the best pair. we left to see if we would find some other options at different stores and sure enough no one provided the service and attentiveness this store did. she helped me find the best discounts, give me advice on the shoes and helped give options for styling and care. all of the employees were super friendly and VERY attentive and didn’t mad us feel like we were giving them a hassle or bothering them. truly this is the best shoes store i’ve been to! we came back after circling and looking at almost every shoes store and others and we purchased some Buzz Dr. Martens and WOW i love them. thank yall for making our shopping experience one of a kind!

  Let me set the scene: I walk in expecting a normal shopping trip. Instead, I’m greeted like a rockstar walking into their own sold-out show. Harley, my sales rep, wasn’t just amazing—he was basically my life coach for the day. This man could sell me a paperclip and I’d thank him for changing my destiny. By the end, I was ready to start a TED Talk about how great my purchase was. Gabi, the store manager, ran the floor like a maestro conducting an orchestra of hype. Every move, every nod, every smile—legendary. Can’t decide on a style? Can’t choose a color…just ask Jasibe and jk Ali. They have the answers. I came in to buy something… I left feeling like I just got knighted by a squad of retail superheroes. If shopping here isn’t on your bucket list, rewrite your bucket list. 🔥 11/10. Would buy again just for the ego boost.

  What a great experience. I live over an hour away and called twice early Monday morning to see if they had items in stock. Gabi was very helpful over the phone and even offered to order items for me if I came in and tried things on. I went to the store and was waited on by Marc who was very patient and got sereal sizes and models for me to try out. Kenna was also helpful by offering options to order online at the store and pay with a gift card as i only had cash on me. Great store and customer support.

  My daughter was super excited to get the brown Mary Jane's last week, but they were out of stock. The person helping her let her know they would be in sometime this week. We went in today and we're instantly greeted by Jasibe who went above and beyond to help us out. She was incredibly friendly and even took time to check how the shoe was fitting. When she recognizes my daughter's foot was a little small for the shoe but at the right length, she got insoles that made the shoe fit like a glove. She let us know about the double socks and the shoe care products, but did not come across as pushy at all. We are very pleased with the experience!
