  Went in to see if I could get a replacement for a pair of shoes, and the two girls who were on staff were so kind. Kenna and Gabi were incredibly helpful and made sure I left happy. I even bought another pair of shoes because they were so sweet.

  The staff at this store are the sweetest, most patient, and genuine staff I’ve come across in a long time. They made my first time buying Doc boots such a wonderful and memorable experience. I would come back just to stop and say hi to the staff again. This store left a great first impression and I have no doubt I’ll be a returning customer!

  I cannot say enough about how awesome the people who staff this store are! (And we already know how cool docs are!) Malaya was extremely patient and kind to myself and my BFF (who takes FOREVER to make up her mind when shoe shopping), and the entire crew was friendly, helpful, and made what is normally torture for me a whole lot of fun! Thank you Gabi, Marc, and Malaya! Y’all rock!

  Marc and Kenna were wonderful! I'm a nightmare with shoe sizing due to my height, shoe size, and orthotic needs. They were very patient, and helped me get into a boot that I feel comfortable and supported in. Thank y'all so much!
