  Had such a great experience at this location. I was helped by Adrienne; she helped get me the correct size and informed me on breaking in my boots. Adrienne was of great help.

  I had the best experience. I thought I would have to return my shoes because they didn’t fit..(too big) but Alex and Chris were so helpful. I was able to keep my shoes and they fit perfectly… thanks to their advice about an insole. Great customer service and super informative.

  The store was busy but Chris was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for! Not only did he find the perfect fit, but also gave tips on how to break in the new pair, which is always a pain (literally). Attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient, I would def come back in a heartbeat. You can tell this team loves Docs as much as the customers do (:

  I came in here to return the jorge mules in ocelot and they were like "nah don't return them, they're fire" (they also don't take online returns, I didn't know) and JJ was so helpful all around. Another employee offered to box them back up for me and get me a Dr. Martens bag which was nice for like no reason. The store was packed with people, we had a freakin double stroller (and three kids) and I feel like I was given the best customer service ive had in like ten years. Moral of the story is that my shoes are so sick, Im really glad I came in here!
