  Tried reaching out by phone because they input my email in wrong so I never got my receipt to be able to exchange my shoes. I called about 5 times and the line just rang. Now I can’t return it exchange my shoes. Just wasted $160.

  Excellent experience, 10/10! Steve had exceptional knowledge about the brands history and every shoe I was looking for. Very kind staff, super attentive, and they taught me so much about my first pairs! Both Steve and his coworker made sure I knew exactly how to care for the leather and answered all of my questions. Thank you and Highly Recommend this location!!
