  Great experience at the Doc Martens store! The staff — Mikey and Hannah (sorry if spelling is wrong) — were great! Super helpful and really knew their stuff. They made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Great service all around, will be back!

  Got my first pair of Docs today and huge shout-out to Robert! Passion comes in different forms and to this guy it comes in high-quality leather shoes. I was really set on buying online I genuinely just wanted to see if I could figure out what size Docs would fit me. He was very attentive and nice. Gave me suggestions and honestly didn’t even feel like he was upselling anything. It felt like he was just genuinely concerned and passionate on how to properly care for your Docs. I do love the pair I got and thanks to him I was able to get the right size and was able to learn more about my shoes. Really can’t stress how welcoming he is to customers to such an intimidating store! Thank you for making this such a fun experience I genuinely love these pair.

  I had the best experience at this store. Customer service was better than I honestly have ever experienced. This lady that worked there predicted my every request, got me fitted to probably 10 different boots before I finally found a perfect option for me. Impressed! Thanks for such a good experience! Worth the money and definitely with going into the store. I thought I wanted a Vonda boot, I walked out with a 10 eyelet boot instead.
