  Tried to call multiple times throughout the week to at least get some type of information if I should drive over there for a shoe that might be in stock, but never got a response called twice in the morning twice in the afternoon constantly throughout the week! Probably a good store when you go in person, but don’t even try to see if they have inventory by calling

  The staff was super nice and helpful, especially Jae!! Jae helped understand the difference between the boots, helped me pick out my first pair of doc martens, and answered my questions really well! She was so kind, thank you!!

  I came in to do a return / exchange, not realizing that I was unable to do so with an online order. Alaina went truly above and beyond for me - she found me the proper size, let me try some insoles and printed my return label for me, so all I had to do was drop my wrong size shoes off at UPS. I had bought the first pair with a discount code that was issued by DM Customer Service and she was able to make an exception to match that for the new size of shoe. Alaina totally made my day and I hope store management sees this and knows what a gem she is!
