  I ordered some shoes online and got the wrong size. The staff here helped me try on two other sizes with 3 different inserts just to find the perfect fit. They were so knowledgeable, patient, and truly wanted to help. I will buy 100% of my Docs here from now on!

  My husband and I visited the Doc Martens store last night and were helped by Paige. She was so nice and very knowledgeable about the brand and explained how the sizing works, even recommending the best options for my husband who is picky. She took her time to help us find the right fit and never made us feel rushed, even though it was close to closing which i felt bad about. We truly appreciated her excellent service.

  Was immediately greeted by Maya when we went into the store to look at Mary Janes today. Very proactive in getting sizes and making sure my girlfriend felt comfortable in the shoes. Felt very welcome in the store and Maya made it a great experience for us both. 10/10 would recommend stopping in

  Went in looking for a specific pair of shoes and was able to try them on and find the right size so quickly. Very easy and friendly shopping experience. I have terrible memory with names but the girl who was helping me with the lanyard with a ton of pins and cool finger tattoos was so sweet!
