  Young man did a good job cleaning our carpet & stairs. Family room carpet had a couple dark stains and he removed them. He had vehicle trouble and was very courteous about keeping be informed as to what time he would arrive. Professional in attitude and appearance.

  The carpets looked good, but... The technicians did not use footwear coverings. Then they walked on the hardwood floors which left numerous footprints from the cleaning solutions on their shoes. Also, they did not use corner protectors for the woodwork. The hoses were dragged along the corners to reach the rooms. When I asked if they had corner protectors in the truck, the answer was yes. And yet they didn’t bother to use them.

  He did a very good job and also took time to do another room that was not originally scheduled. My carpeting now looks like new. Thank you for your exceptional service.
