- DGDiana Giffin2 days ago1.0Considering the HOA of the park is a joke and the Rent negotiation never resolved the 7.4 % LOT INCREASE I WOULD ADVISE FROM PURCHASING IN THIS HELL HOLE. Lot fee one of the HIGHEST around. You need 3x proof of income to move in, most tenants have forged there documents. I have the proof.

From the drug dealers who sell drugs in the parking lot at the Manor house to the sewage over flow in the woman's bathroom to the clogged up shower at the pool to the scum around the pool that is never cleaned to the smell we have to endure when it rains due to bad pipes not everybody likes the smell of poo in their house. Condoms in the parking lot the homeless people who sleep and clean themselves in the manor house, Also the increase of HOA fees constantly 526 dollars in 5 years. No maintenance on site ever no security ever. I could go on STAY AWAY from this place.
