  This place is nothing like it use to be ,before it was the best place to bank better deals than anyone else, but now you can go just about anywhere and get better rates.even with a credit score in the 800's

  I wouldn't recommend financing your next vehicle from here. Mainly poor customer service and making a payment on their online payment portal is a nightmare with the frequent error messages and crashes.

  I've been a member for almost two decades and I continue to be wowed by both staff and the options available to members! My favorite is the access I have to my funds and the ability to get help when needed... plus being able to do things on my own. I would highly recommend Dow Credit Union to others!

  A Truly Exceptional Credit Union Experience As a longtime member of Dow Credit Union, I can genuinely say this place stands in a league of its own. I’ve visited both of their locations in Midland and Saginaw, and every time I walk in, or when I simply call, I'm met with a level of kindness and professionalism that feels increasingly rare these days. Their staff are not only helpful and knowledgeable, but they truly care. That makes a world of difference to me and my family. What blew me away recently was learning that Newsweek ranked Dow Credit Union as one of "America’s Best Credit Unions for 2025". After my years as a member, I wasn’t completely surprised but was certainly proud to learn of this well-deserved recognition… and from our own hometown! But what really sets them apart is their Member Giveback program. Every year, on New Year's Day, we check our account balance to see how much money was given back to us through their program. Last year, they returned an astounding $18.5 million to all of us members. It’s literally another IRS tax refund for us. Who else does that? It’s rare, and it’s amazing! In an era where so many financial institutions can be impersonal, I feel Dow Credit Union remains grounded in community and generosity to its members. Whether we're calling in or simply stopping by with a question, they treat us like we matter and because of them, we do! If you're looking for a credit union that leads with heart & integrity (and has the best rates, too!), look no further. Dow Credit Union has earned every bit of our loyalty and then some. Thank you!!
