  My garage door broke on a Sunday and within an hour, Matt was at my house to fix it. He was so helpful and explained every step of the process. He showed me all the broken parts and went above and beyond what needed to be repaired, going over my entire garage door opening system and making repairs. Fantastic service and I will definitely recommend Dover to my friends and family.

  This company is the best at garage door expertise! When my garage door stopped working, I initially and regretfully went with a different company only to find a few days after they "repaired" my overhead door, the cable snapped and the door went off the track . . . with my vehicle stuck inside! I called Dustin to help get my car out of the garage and he arrived within an hour! Dustin worked tirelessly to get my vehicle out and to set me up with the service department. The very next day, Dover called me, schedule an appointment at my convenience and a service technician, Dillon came over. He did an amazing job diagnosing, explaining and repairing my garage door. It has never worked better! I'm so thankful to Dustin and Dylan for helping me when I was in an emergency situation. I was pleasantly surprised I did not have to buy an entire new door yet, however, when I do... I know that Dover is going to be the company for me, without a doubt! Great company on EVERY level and great people too!!

  Friendly, professional and had me in a corner. $600+ for two spring conversations/replacements. AI says job should be 250-650. So well within range. Was told that I would have to wait weeks for same spring that was currently on door. So instead of one I need two and if I wanted it soon, I need to pay. But that is how capitalism works. Again techs and phone dispatch were great.

  Had a great experience with Dover Doors! I called and spoke with Mackenzie. She was very helpful in finding someone to come out within the hour to fix my door which wouldn’t open because of a broken spring. Dillon the service tech called almost immediately and said he was heading over. He arrived with a smile and fixed a couple issues with my door. I feel confident my garage door will last trouble free for many more years. Highly recommend!!

  Dover & Company just installed three garage doors at my home by technicians Joe and Drake. They were very professional very knowledgeable and cleaned up completely afterwords. Before they left, they made sure all garage door openers were working and helped set up the app as well as programmed both cars to operate the openers. Even when the app gave me problems, they were quick to call tech-support and figure out the problem. Doors look great openers are very quiet. Highly recommend Dover & Company and installers Drake and Joe look forward to using them again in the future or other projects.
