Best service. We had big problem. They find small fix. They didn’t charge any money. I will give 10/10. Very friendly people.

They still try to fit in custom jobs around their natural everyday business. We appreciate that!! It's good to know people are still working on the older cars that we restore and enjoy.

A half dozen dash lights were on in Subaru Crosstrek. We had already been to the dealer, spent $500 and lights all came back on.
Took it to Douglas Radiator to read the codes. Tim and his team quickly addressed the issue and had the codes cleared and car back to us the next day. Amazing service!

I don't know how they manage to consistently find the best technicians around, but they do. Any of your service needs will be expertly handled by Douglas radiator. Best part, they expand as needed to handle the demand they receive. That's the proper solution instead of scheduling people out a month.

I Recently had my exhaust manifold replaced on my 1992 Geo Tracker. The shop quoted me $600 (Including a used exhaust manifold, gaskets etc.), but the job didn't take as long as they expected and they lowered the bill considerably.
If you are looking for a great repair facility in Gardnerville, this shop is a gem. (as is Heather at the front desk)
Just be patient as they were swamped with work when I was there last week and it's obvious that their reputation has given them a 5 star rating with most folks who seek their help.
Honesty and professionalism at it's best.
Follow-up review... Timmy and his crew got my 1992 Geo Tracker running like it was new again ! When I picked it up I was concerned about such a high idle when starting (It had never idled that high in the morning before), but Timmy was right...
As soon as it warmed up, the idle dropped back to where it was supposed to be. Thank you folks for all you do.
