  Great customer service! Denis was very helpful in talking me through the possible sources of a difficult to identify leak into the ceiling. I've had them out out for jobs a couple of times and they've been great.

  I recently received my new A.C unit from Douglas Mechanical and the customer service and installation was topnotch. I really appreciate Gloria for helping me through out the process, she was more like a friend to me, and she also kept me informed and followed up to make sure everything was okay. Thank you so much.

  Dennis came out and saved the day! I’ve basically had zero ac since Sunday morning - and tonight Thursday - I’ve got ac. He was so very kind. Explained everything to me and I really feel he went WAAAAYYYYYY above and beyond. Douglas Mechanical is so lucky to have someone like Dennis representing the company to their customers. He was fabulous! And because of him, I think Douglas Mechanic is fabulous as well! Thank you Dennis!! So very much appreciated!

  Our HVAC system went completely out and was causing us an electric bill of $1,000. I called Douglas Mechanical and explained what was going on and they came out and gave us a quote quickly. They sent us several different options to pick from. When we picked one out they walked us through the installation process, came out and check to make sure it was working correctly and when they forgot the power surge they quickly came out and installed them. The staff in the office that answers the phone are very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend them over and over hands down.
