The building feels safe and is clean (thank you to the cleaning staff who is always keeping the hallways and elevators tidy)!

The logistics were handled with precision, and the entire staff has been nothing short of amazing. Nelson, in particular, has been extremely professional, attentive, and helpful every step of the way, making us feel truly valued as tenants. We’re also very impressed with the building’s security team, who are consistently on top of everything and provide us with great peace of mind. Patricia at the corporate office has also been very responsive and helpful on the administrative side. Even beyond the management team, the residents themselves have been incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a real sense of community here at Douglas Enclave. Overall, we are extremely happy and thankful to call Douglas Enclave, our home. The entire experience has truly exceeded our expectations.

The property manager Alixsa is professional and always helpful, and Nelson from leasing made my move-in smooth and easy. The front desk staff is super friendly, and I love the pastries and coffee they offer on weekdays. Patricia at the corporate office is also amazing and always makes sure any issues are resolved quickly. Highly recommend this place!
