  Few winters back, my sister had an accident, while we were vacationing , away from home and definitely not prepared for a terrible situation like that. we were confused and did not know how to legally approach the matter. When I contacted the legal firm, Dougherty & Holloway Mr. Holloway took my call and of course my case. He was very professional and polite. Explained our options, gave an action plan and simplified things in a way I could understand. I was impressed by his ability to connect on both professional as well as personal level. He was in it not just for money but to help and protect my best interests. His staff was courteous and unlike other law firms , quick to respond. Mr. Dougherty is experienced, knowledgeable, detailed and best of all he gives the client tools to fight and win the battle. I will recommend his services without a second thought.

  It was early on a Sunday morning when I saw I had a message on my phone, it was Truman Medical Center, my son had been in a motor cycle wreck. He'd been cut off by a truck. Once he was out of surgery and stable I called an attorney friend of mine and ask for a recommendation for representation. She gave me Ed Dougherty's number. I've thanked her multiple times. Ed came to the hospital and after a short conversation we asked him to represent us. He was extremely thorough and responsive to our calls and question. When your son is lying in intensive care you don't want to think about anything but him. That's what we did, and Ed took care of the rest. Again, thank you Ed P.S. Our son is doing great.
