  We bought a used Seadoo from Doug Russell. Had a few issues with it. They did their absolute best to fix it and make it right. Their customer service was outstanding. Can't say enough about that. Plus their service department fixed the issues quickly and efficiently. Fabulous place for any watercraft needs!

  Just purchased a Bass Tracker Pro from Doug Russell Marine recently. I can sincerely state that the experience from A-to-Z was just about perfect. The owner Doug helped me personally through the Entire process from the day we met till the day he delivered the Boat to me. To show you how much detail was involved, there was a small light missing. He made sure that he found the light for my boat before I left. That’s what I call Service. No pressure, no gimmick, just straight talk.Very pleasant professional gentleman to do business with.
