He communicates effectively, demonstrates expert product knowledge, and demonstrates genuine interest I that I had the correct coverages at the appropriate levels. We did this work in a phone call and used email so that I had immediate access to proof of insurance. And I was able to sign documents electronically which was a huge time saver. I am a delighted customer.
