How do I proceed after receiving my quote?
Upon receiving your quote, a 50% deposit is required to secure your rental items. This can be completed by mailing a check or contacting our office to provide credit card information.

When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance is to be paid in full seven days prior to your scheduled event.
What size tent do I need?

Can I pick up a tent myself?
We offer customer-setup pole tents in sizes 20'x20', 20'x30', and 20'x40'. These tents require full perimeter staking and are best suited for grassy areas.
Can my tent be set up on a blacktop?
Frame tents can be installed on blacktop or concrete surfaces using weights. Our team handles all frame tent deliveries and setups, as this option is not available for customer pickup.
What if I need to pick up or return my rental items over the weekend?
Weekend pickup or return of rental items can be arranged by scheduling an appointment. Please inform us of your preferred timeframe, and we will accommodate your request.
