From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. The atmosphere here is lively, colorful, and instantly puts you in a good mood—it's the perfect backdrop for a great evening out. And let's talk about the Margaritas! They are an absolute game-changer. Perfectly balanced, strong, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. I'd come back just for those. But the food is what truly sealed the deal. Every single dish we ordered, from the tacos al pastor to the enchiladas, was fresh, authentic, and packed with incredible flavor. You can tell they take pride in their cooking. If you're looking for fantastic food, killer Margaritas, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere, look no further. This place is a must-try!

I’ve been a customer of Dos Amores for a long time, and I want to share my honest experience so that people reading reviews can see a clearer picture of this family restaurant. There was a time when I stopped coming because of the bad management of two former employees, Jesus and Juan. They took advantage of the owners’ trust and unfortunately created a very negative atmosphere. Many of the recent negative reviews you may see are coming from people who are friends or family of those former employees — not from genuine customers. I say this as a customer don’t think I’m a friend or a family member of the owners, but as a customer who values fairness and honesty. I personally experienced disrespectful behavior from one of those former employees, and I even spoke directly to the owners about it. What I want people to understand is that this does not reflect the true spirit of Dos Amores. The owners are hardworking, kind people who have always treated customers like family. They’ve built a warm, welcoming environment where good food and hospitality come first. Since those employees are no longer part of the restaurant, things have changed for the better. So before believing the negativity spread online, I encourage everyone to visit Dos Amores for yourself — taste the food, meet the staff, and feel the atmosphere. I believe you’ll see what I see: a genuine family business that deserves support, not false criticism. I’ll personally be returning to enjoy their delicious food, great service, and the warm welcome of the owners. And they’re excellent waitresses and waiters. Three and in particular, it’s an older gentleman. He’s been there for years. Please forgive me. I forgot his name along with Jenny and Maria, and let’s not forget about their , When they’re cooking, they’re not cooking for strangers. They’re not cooking for a paycheck. There cooking like they would be cooking for their Friends and family . I hope you get to meet them in person. Sincerely, Martha V.

I used to love coming here but the new management had really started to make decisions that declined the future of the restaurant. I have been informed that they let a couple of people go over hearsay. The food isn’t that great, it used to be a great environment but the new manager can’t even be personable and provide great hospitality. Come if you want alright food, not great hospitality from management.

Today was my first time there I won't return. I ordered two items; the nachos weren't properly cut, so I had half a tostada and uneven pieces. I ordered fajita enchiladas con salsa roja, the sauce was a bit bitter and the sunny-side-up egg was overdone and tasted off, likely covered with extra sauce to mask it. The steak was overcooked and dried. No chips and salsa were offered, unlike the other patrons, who even received refills. I was alone, so maybe the chips are extra or it's an oversight. There were two bartenders; Jenny was friendly and attentive, my only complaint is that she ordered both items together so I needed to eat both at the same time so it wouldn't get cold. My bill was $46 with a margarita swirl.

I thought the new management would help and improve this restaurant but I can’t say I’m impressed everything before hand felt happy and made us feel welcomed unfortunately now management had declined everything and opening on Sunday and not letting their employees rest and find out that they let go of Juanito and Jesus was a big let down since they were the reason we were still coming here but to be fairly honest the food has not been great as it was before very disappointed and I don’t believe they would be able to get the better I will be taking my money elsewhere- this is from a loyal customer
