  We first learned about Neal through a local social media group, where Summit/Chatham parents consistently sang his praises. We couldn’t be happier with the installation—and later service—of our garage door and opener. We found Neal to be extremely knowledgeable about a wide range of products and extraordinarily patient in helping us weigh our options to find the combination that best suited our family’s needs. We love our door and opener. Six years after the installation, we called Neal yesterday about what turned out to be a minor issue. He showed up today, resolved it quickly, and even took the time to educate us on garage door maintenance. Neal is just as friendly, helpful, and honest as we remembered—and his prices remain very reasonable!

  My garage door spring broke on a friday afternoon. Not only did they answer the phone when I called at 6 a.m., they were on site to fix it by 8 a.m. the next morning. Amazing service. They got it fixed quickly and they did a great job!

  One of our garage doors would not open using the external keypad. Called Neal, he came the following day, solved that problem and two others at the same time. Excellent service.

  Neil made time for me in an emergency situation without charging me an emergency price. The professionalism and speed with which he completed the job was very impressive. I highly recommend him.
