  This place is the best. I made the decision to change framing shops due to ridiculous lead times, lack of reply, and weird operating hours at the shop that I used to go to. Donovan's has since done 4 pieces for me, and they've all been beautiful and have been ready in the promised timeframe. What I REALLY appreciate is that they will work with you and your budget and help you put together a piece that is beautiful and works for you. They are upfront about costs, so you know exactly what you're buying. My most recent order was a rush - we needed a gift for a colleague quickly. They helped me right away, they chose the perfect mat and frame for the piece (which I also found in their shop), and had it ready in a shockingly short time frame. It turned out so beautifully, and my colleague loved it. I highly recommend Donovan's, and will always come here from now on. It's worth the longer drive for me.
