  The agents at this Sate Farm insurance are most helpful, courteous, and responsive. I've had their insurance over 20 years and have not experienced one issue. They handle claims quickly and review my policy and recommend updates often. I could probably shop around and get cheaper insurance but I would rather have Peace of Mind! Thank you Donna and Heather.

  I have used the Donna Niese Agency for auto, home and business insurance for 14 years. My adult children use them as well. The staff that I have dealt with have been extremely knowledgeable, fun and personable to work with and know how to explain complex insurance issues in a way that is understandable to ordinary people. When we have had the rare need to file a claim, they were super-helpful and responsive, following up to make sure our needs were met. Additionally, while I am sure there would be some no-agent online-only brokerages that beat State Farm rates, I was surprised by how many actually had higher quotes, particularly after the multi-line and good customer discounts that have accrued over the years with State Farm.
