  Have ordered from this donatos for years. Called in my order. The AI couldn't find my hotel so put me through to the restaurant. Ordered, nice today told me they had no drivers so doordash would be delivering. Extra half hour for that. I said ok. I fell asleep 2 hours later. Woke this morning seeing I missed a call from doordash 3 hours after my call started. I was paying cash, so didn't cost me anything but missing my supper. DON'T ORDER DELIVERY. If manager sees this, your employees are great.

  Past two times I have ordered from here, for delivery, I have been told a time of when the pizza will arrive and its been at least 45 minutes past that time before it arrives. Each time I call and just get oh im sorry its leaving now.
