  Once again you messed up my order and when I call to have the money credited back to my account you want to keep crediting me another free pizza get it right or you don't get my business.. I shouldn't be forced to take a pizza because you can't get it right the first time

  We had such a great experience thanks to Barbara at Donatos! She went out of her way to bring us plates, napkins, and even a miniature size cup for our toddler. She was so sweet and attentive the entire time. There was a small mix-up with our dessert, and she handled it with such grace and gladly switched it out for us. I wish I had cash to leave her a tip—she truly deserved it. Thank you, Barbara, for making our visit so pleasant!
