  Usually hits the mark, customer service can be hit or miss when calling in but any complaints typically get resolved in a timely fashion. Definitely have the best experiences in the afternoon into mid evening issues arise later on after 8-9. I've had delivery drivers make return trips out of the kindness of their heart to bring back missing sour cream packets and I've also had drivers deliver smushed room temperature pizzas.

  Ordered two 12" pizzas and they was terrible. Donatoes used to have some of the best pizza around dayton. Im forcing my self to eat the pizza cause I don't like to waste money but I will not be going back

  Ordered a large pizza around 9:30 and nothing came for an hour so I called back the store to check status and no answer. The store closed at 11pm and I didn’t get any update about my order. Second time this has happened. Wouldn’t recommend this location. Won’t order again
