TERRIBLE!! And has been for years! I work downtown so its conveniently located but everytime I try to support, Im met with the same issues. Today, I placed an order to be ready in 15mins. When I arrived at the store at the pick up time, the employee at drive thru window said the pizza was never made and would be an addntl 15min wait! Mind you this staff what sitting outside on the curb when I came to the drive thru and Im sure he is the same one responsible for not putting the pizza in the oven in the first place!!! The staff is generally unprepared to handle the demand of being a Downtown location, and they burn the pizzas/food regularly. Today I decided to write a review bc I am really pissed. Whats more, the last 4 most recent reviews confirm that I am not alone. NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I could actually leave a review but I cannot because I was forced to wait 30 minutes for three personal pizzas that were ready at 645 so I received the food cold and wasted my entire lunch break waiting in line because I refuse to force a business to eat the loss because their employees decided to wait on the cute customer instead of the one that was sitting there

Everything was fine until we asked to have a sub sandwich cut in half. They refused and we were told no like little children. The people working here are ruining this company's reputation. We asked for a sandwich to be cut in half and were told no with a nasty attitude. They work in a kitchen. How hard is it to cut a sandwich in half? The sandwich is supposed to come cut in half. They humiliated my wife.

I got cheated at this location. I ordered a pizza and wings. The order came late and only had wings. I asked where’s the rest of my order. The delivery guy didn’t even speak English. He tried talk to translate on his phone and said this was all he had. I said, No, that’s not My order. He said ok and left. A minute later I got a text saying that my order was delivered. I tried calling the number from the text and didn’t get an answer. I called Donatos on Grant. When I spoke with a team member about it, he was aware and told me that he told the driver that the order wasn’t ready but he took the wings anyway. I asked to speak with the manager and I was put on hold for 14 minutes. I hung up and called back and another team member told Me that I had to contact DoorDash to get my money back. I told him no I don’t, because I NEVER called or dealt with DoorDash. The manager was in the background telling him what to say but she wouldn’t even get on the phone to speak with me personally. Disrespect and disappointed. I will be contacting the Columbus police department in the morning to explain how I believe the manager amber is stealing peoples money.

Ordered a pizza for pickup. It was in rush and didn't check my order. Unfortunately when I got home it ws way overcooked and was dry with barely any sauce.
I called to speak with a manager. They told me I had to bring the pizza back so they could see it. Welp, I'm not wasting my time and money to come back. I asked for a remake with delivery and offered to send the overcooked pizza back. They said no and to "call corporate". Overall I had a trifling experience.
I "called corporate" and got a voicemail where I left a message about my experience.
Since I'm not going back, I shared a picture here of the overcooked, dry, hardly any sauce pizza.
This place has gotten so horrible over time and is not the Donatos that I had since they franchised...

Update: Got a refund and a nice voicemail from corporate. I appreciate that AND the quality will always be trash so I won't be back. I only ordered from here because I thought my God kids liked it. Turns out she said the kids Iike Little Caesars. She's a pre-k teacher and a mom of two under 10. So it's Massey's for me and Little Caesars for the kiddos!
