  Ordered pizza tonight but didn’t receive a phone call when food arrived I checked and it was cold not sure how long it was sitting there for.

  Dude at the front seems to has a nasty disposition and seems a little angry could have been me but I wouldn’t order anything from him in my opinion

  I order a pizza for when I got off work at the nearby Shell station. 45 minutes later the driver shows up. Our store closed 15 minutes earlier. I took my pizza home, opened the box and discovered the entire top of the pizza was black, (Overcooked). This was a large chicken Mariachi pizza. they are not cheap. I will never order anything from a Donato's anywhere.

  This is the 4th time in a row Ive asked that my pizza be baked well done, and it is not well done. You aren't busy at 3pm. Please just read the instructions.
