Donatos is a family-owned pizza company famous for Edge to Edge® toppings on a crispy golden thin crust. Founded in Columbus, Ohio in 1963, we take pride in giving back in every community we serve.
Done with this location. A few weeks ago, I sat in the drive-through line for over 30 minutes plus I was 30 minutes late to get my pizza, but we did not move and there was a car in front of me that was waiting very long as well so a total an hour to pick up a 10 inch pizza is absurd. There was no sorry for the wait. Today I go pick up a pizza and the young girl was sticking her head out the drive-through window on her phone laughing and giggling she ignored me. She seen me and ignored me. I said hello and greeted her. She said hello back. I told her I have a pick up. She went to go grab it. Someone else came in the front door after she took care of them extremely nice (meanwhile still IGNORING ME) And my pizza box she sat down was open while she’s sitting there speaking to the person that came in after me she kept talking he was telling her that she was beautiful. Then starts talking to whoever was on her phone. She still kept ignoring me didn’t take my money or even try to finish the transaction. I just pulled off. I definitely believe that this was a race situation.

This location needs some training. Donatos is usually a special treat for our family, but our pizzas from this location are always lacking in some way. Tonight's pepperoni pizza, which the menu promises is "edge to edge" had a very average amount of pepperoni. The Mariachi Beef pizza seemed a little underbaked and was totally missing the mariachi spice that's supposed to be on it. Also, neither pizza had enough sauce, which definitely changed the flavor from the familiar Donatos pizza.
It's a bummer, but we'll probably just order from Westerville from now on.
