  Apparently people do not know how to read an order properly. I ordered a mariachi beef spice pizza that comes with sour cream packets and I ordered extra sour cream packets and paid for it. The food is delivered and I have no sour cream packets. If you do not have it please communicate to the customer and tell them that you do not have sour creams packets my experience will not be disappointed.

  Heads-up if you want to apply for a job at this particular location for delivery services or as a driver, listen to me very carefully and take my words. First of all. They got you hired because they had already gotten some information about you personally or your driving history, it’s either to get you hired so they can monitor how you drive and to get your drivers license jeopardized and also if you are doing DoorDash or on any other delivery platform services, they will also try to use this in a way to get you off the other platform which by delaying your orders and comparing them to the rates on your platform and almost all of your deliveries will be late in the pizza shop even before you get to arrange the orders in your bag to deliver them to the customers and you will always be late late and late for each and every single deliveries and there’s a favoritism at this location based on the orders they get you assigned with no tips, it’s not worth it. And another downside of this job is that, some of the cash deliveries orders that you get assigned to deliver for the customers, some of these customers gives you fake notes in cash, which are counterfeits and if you are not very careful, you would end up going to jail or getting into trouble for doing nothing wrong, but to get a job and be an hard worker to take care of yourself. I also believe that it has something to do with some of these people at the company who are involved in destroying other people so they can continue to use them for their own benefit and use people as slaves or their personal gains. Even though some of the associates are also nice and good. Also, the moment you step in this place and started doing your job and minding your own business, they already knows your entire business and lifestyle stalking about you almost all day long and when you respond back and say something, you always seems to be the bad person. In summary, I would not recommend it and if you decide or chose to give it a try, just be very cautious and always stay alert. So I’m writing these review as a delivery driver not a customer and it was a very good experience. Best of luck.

  Had to cancel my order after waiting almost an hour past the time that it was supposed to arrive. They are understaffed and don't care about their customers. For 20 years I've been a customer of donatos and after tonight's experience I will never order donatos from the Noe Bixby location ever again. Do better
