  Do not place order over phone, if you're talking to a robot. I placed an order there and when I showed up they never received my order online, and wasted half of my lunch break over this bullshit

  Busssssssssssssssssing. Best pizza I had in a long time every time I'm in Ohio I order donatos. Everything is great, the Garlic Asiago Cheese Bread is very well seasoned. The meatballs are great with the bread or alone. I just shove those balls down my throat is that good.

  Ordered $50 worth of pizza and 1 was burnt all over bottom of crust. Even the mushrooms were singed. Tried calling the number 3 times and was hung up on. Last attempt I explained what was happening and that person jokingly said there wasn’t anything they could do except try to reconnect. That’s unacceptable to not have to take responsibility for inedible expensive food.
