Pizza is fine - same as all other Donatos I’ve had. BUT the service is amazing. Really just the nicest employees here.

I ordered a mariachi beef pizza no tomato and got tomato, no jalapeño. They weren't even busy, just not paying attention. Very disappointed.

Disrespected by the Management. Do not order from Donatos Pizza in Newark. They will not make things right, nor will they make an attempt. We will never be back needless to say.

Horrible customer experience. Whoever is answering the phone tonight should be replaced. Guy answers with an attitude kept saying anything else when I was still telling him what all I wanted on the pizza. Next time I will stick to the mom and pop place in town.
