  After decades of being in business, they are still the best pizza on earth. Im from Ohio, where they are headquartered, and moved to Virginia. I was sooo ecstatic they had two locations here. I always get the half founders favorite and half the works, because I can't choose just one.

  Pizza was good got somebody salad with pepperoni ours was all vegetables they said no meat was on it so my husband pulled out a piece what’s this, laughable it’s not meat two workers said, anyway we got new salad also added note we were inside eating they brought this salad in a paper bag🤣conclusion they gave us someone salad they didn’t pick up thought they could shove it our way😯🙄 Also a bit pricey now. Don’t know if under new management but it’s not working so far hopefully will improve we use to luv going there

  I ordered a pizza through a delivery vendor, but before placing the order I called Donatos to ask if they would not put tomato sauce on my pizza. I explained that I would be placing the order via delivery vendor and that there was no option to indicate that I did not want tomato sauce. The young lady who took the call said the restaurant could do that and she took my name. Guess what, the pizza arrived with tomato sauce on it. I can not eat it. I called the restaurant and the same young lady said she gave instructions for it to be made with no sauce and she doesn't know what happened. I could not wait for another pizza as was a limited lunch period. I would not give this review. However this is not the first time that this restaurant has done this. The exact same issue a couple of months ago. People today have a problem with taking in information and following instructions. Poor customer relations..... 8/29/2025-guess what, I've given them another 2 chances and they still couldn't do it right. Last time I spoke to a manager about he was nonchalant. SMH
