  They have done a good job getting things done faster, and the food not being over cooked. The tables, and floors in the restaurant are ALWAYS dirty. The restrooms, are disgusting. Its been a week or more since they've been cleaned. This isn't the first time I've experienced these issues here.

  Edit and changed the service rating. George the GM called and resolved my issue with great care. My family and I were upset in the moment and all I said was what happened, but because of his service and costumer care we will be giving Donatos another chance solely based on George, Thank you. Ordered a pizza at 7:00pm delivery time 7:43 pm arrived 8:12 pm, cold when I called they had no way to know when it would arrive. When I asked driver if there was a corporate number he had no idea. 45 dollars for a cold pizza is not a great deal. Should have gone to LaRosa’s they are always great. Stay away from Lebanon Ohio Donatos pure trash food and service.

  Bad decisions with no drinking fountains for dining in and they charge you for it. This place is now a joke shop

  Door sign said they opened at 11am but at 12:30 doors were locked. Employees were coming and going from rear of the building.
