  The manager is horrible started screaming at an employee with 10 people trying to order food. The lady was asked to come take our order and she did so she was polite friendly and was doing her job until the manager came running out yelling. Snapped at my husband that she would take his order we were in the party room listening to her yell. There is absolutely no reason to treat an employee that way in front of people or not! Food took forever cause it was chaotic with her screaming. The other girl who finished our order was great the guy cooking was great but if that manager keeps her job I'll never be back!

  I'm surprised this place has survived throughout the years it has gone downhill in the past 20 years..staff is rude there's never a manager when you speak to a manager they treat you like dirt.. never see them wearing gloves or wash their hands got hair in my food numerous times.. 🤮

  New to the area and excited to see Donatos, as when I lived in Ohio, they were some of the best, well... NOT here! Order over the phone through a BOT chat and then preceded to wait 15 minutes past the time it said it would be here to call, when I called they said the delivery driver was "being slow tonight" and that they would send it through door dash, it got here over an hour late and COLD, They didn't think that maybe since it was so late they should make a fresh one, but NO, sent the hour old cold pizza anyway! No apology, no free breadsticks to smooth things over, No Discount offered. Don't make the mistake I did, go ANYWHERE else!
