  Pizza was good, but we could only talk to an AI to order it. The computer completely messed up the order and we had to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot for the correct one. The AI could also not answer the question of address confirmation. It completely ignored the question. There was no option to talk to a human. They did give us $3 off.

  They have nice workers and delivery drivers. You have to know what to order though because you can be disappointed here. The subs are solid, if you get pizza only get the thin crust (thicker and hand-tossed are consistently doughy and have too much sauce), and avoid the calzones. Edit: (from 3 to 2 stars) I tried the thicker crust again recently and requested light sauce and they seemed to put double sauce and they pizza is underbaked which compounds the issue. I don’t get it. The workers are kind but even DiGiorno would beat this food. Look elsewhere.

  They have replaced people with an AI phone system. System did not submit our order and when we showed up said they didn’t have order. Walked inside to replace order and no one came to take it. Called another location and said this happens frequently. How much are you saving cutting the order process for pizza out of talking to a person?
