If donatos was smart they would stop outsourcing their calls to call centers and staff appropriately so their team would actually pick up the phones.

No longer an Ohio/family business. We tried 3x to place a order on the phone and each time it was an AI robot. Each time said wanted live person and was transferred then hung up on. Second time was "live ordering" and it was a call center. Donatos has lost our business. We'll go to Jersey Mike's or Chipotle from now on.
