  I ordered wings and pizza for a family member to be delivered on the website. The website did mention anything about they might use doordash for the delivery until after I paid for the food and I included a tip. The door dash driver (Chyanne) did not follow delivery instructions, put the food on the floor and was really rude about it. Door dash did rectify the situation by contacting the store and another door dasher followed the instructions. I won't be ordering from the location any more at least for delivery.

  Cheese pizza was amazing! Brandon was very kind and efficient and John made us a delicious hot pizza that hit the spot! (We couldn't stop eating it!) We'll definitely be back!

  Times are hard, I just treated my grandchildren to a pizza and pepperoni bread only to receive a cold pizza with burnt crust and the pizza bread was totally black on the bottom, cold with no cheese on it. Service was sub par, I spoke to the manager Brandon who attempted to explain to me that the pizza was burnt because I ordered a three topping pizza. I’ve been a customer of Donatos since 1969, longer than he’s probably been on this Earth! What ever happened to providing the customer with a quality product that comes at a quality price. Boo for brandon. He gets a one star!
