  Never have I experienced sure poor customer service at a donatos. We happen to get an extra salad we were going to pay for, mine was paid for after all my kids had given me the toppings they didn't like and I put my lid back on it the rude front register person came back and demanded my salad because it belonged to someone else. It's a health code violation to take back a product a customer has already touched let alone had their fingers in. He then got irate with another customer after us. Absolutely no training what so ever. Not only that there were ppl sitting in the office playing on phones not helping out and what not. Let's do better will not return back to this location. Not to mention we will be calling cooperate and they will hear about this.

  The pizza is good. However the ordering experience was horrible. I wasted nine plus minutes on the phone talking to AI before I could reach a human being. AI took my whole order than couldnt complete my address despite it repeating my address correctly 3 times. Then it said repeatedly that my order needed to be switched to a delivery. I finally got through to a human being that completed my delivery order.

  Absolute meltdown Friday night rush. Drive-thru was backed to street so went inside. 15 minutes to get to front of line to retrieve a paid for pizza that was coagulating under heat lamps. Pizza was great and crew was cordial but speed alternated between glacial and halted.

  The management took care of our club meeting. Nice room with doors so we don't disturb other guests. Couldn't ask for more
