  I ordered extra cheese and extra sauce. It was $16 for a 7 inch to be delivered. OK cool it’s very good. However, I didn’t know there would be so much extra sauce that it was inedible. When I pick it up, it just falls apart and sauce falls everywhere. The edges were also too crispy for my liking

  Ordered through the website. Waited 2hrs. Told me it never went through. The kid on the phone hungup on me twice and the manager didnt have a clue. Most incompetent employees and staff. If you want your time wasted, this is your place to go.

  Placed a delivery order and was given delivery time 742 pm then 815pm then I call and got hung up on so it's my last time with donatos.

  Didn’t realize pizza took 30-40 minutes to make when there are no customers in the restaurant. Horrible atmosphere, horrible customer service will never return.

  Ordered a sub at 10:20pm tonight and it never came.. then they closed at 11.. so do u guys just stop making stuff during bissness hours because u don’t wanna make it cause ur cleaning up early? Thanks now my kid eating noodles..
