  Haven’t had Donatos in a very long time and was looking forward to a nice lunch on a Thursday. 11:25 Walked in place was empty did not get greeted. I looked over the food menu. There was a gentleman in the kitchen. Did not greet me. I finally decided what I needed and then after eight minutes, he finally came up, I wanted and I said a number three combo he said that’s gonna take a while by myself. I said well how long is a while he said 30 minutes. I said OK I’ll go somewhere else.

  Worse service I've had waited over 30 minutes for food crew was lazy. For a new store it shouldn't have problems like them saying the machines are acting up

  This was our 1st visit to this Donatas. It was very clean, the staff was courteous, and the pizza was exceptional. We'll definitely go back.

  Last couple of times the quality has been declining and this time our crust was burnt. They told us to bring back the pizza and they would make a new one. Okay cool. The remake pizza was burnt also lol....
