  What a truly wonderful experience start to finish . My Mother-in-law had a very old (& heavy) outdated system that wasn’t working. Donavan came out to access the situation & was very thorough & explained all options for replacement. We felt no pressure..we felt immediately that we found the right company to help her. Install did not disappoint either. Cory & Brian were incredible. Did an excellent job. Were so patient with my Mother-in-law, explained everything to her…Absolutely an wonderful team. I would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you Donamarc for selecting wonderful employees & having a caring, trustworthy & experienced team!!

  Dennis Vanfossen was great. He stopped out within an hour and a half of calling and fixed our pressure problem. He also found a problem with a leak outside of our house that we fixed. Very informative and very polite. Thank you again, Sue and Bill Snelly

  Dominic came out and gave us a quote on a water softener. We've never had a system before and we have dealt with hard water for years and finally had enough on the wear and tear on our clothes. Dominic was super knowledgeable, ran through the process, a few options, and our set up (was a bit unusual due to limited space, no power and no drain). Was a little more expensive than our other quote, however chose to go with Donamarc due to their reputation, the warranty and the circumstances we talked through. Got the install scheduled very quickly (a few business days after my husband and I talked it over a week). Christian, Cory and Dominic came for install. They took about three hours and tag teamed the install. After install, the cost matched the quote (win!) and they went over details of the machine and softener. Was a good experience and highly recommend!

  Wesley came to our house, checked over our system. Did a diagnosis presented our options and based on everything, he told us we decided to go with a new system. He was professional professional, clear, and gave good advice. Christian was our installer, he showed up right on time was effective efficient, polite, and professional. He explained everything that he was going to do then he did it and then explained how to take care of our system. Donna Mark is a great company with great employees.
