  The installation went fine, but the experience since has been a nightmare. To price match Home Depot, the installer rung up a cheaper model even though they installed the top-tier unit. Now my invoice shows the wrong model, leaving me with no proof for a future warranty claim. I’ve contacted them repeatedly over the past three weeks, and every time I’m told someone will follow up—but no one ever does. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I just want accurate paperwork for the product I actually bought.

  Best company ever! Brandon Ochoa was the gentleman that service the garage door. He is kind,a perfectionist,detail and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects. He explained everything and continued to educate as I was observing and asking questions as he worked. Highly recommend Don's Garage Door Repair......you will be glad you did. Definitely above a 5 star company.

  Cameron was very friendly and professional. Very good garage tech who knew his work and checking his work gave peace of mind. Overall I was satisfied with his finished product. He explained the options and pricing. Provided discounts also which was nice as overall estimation was higher with conversion instead of repair which was better choice long term. Garage door working better than before and knowing that it’s under warranty for 5 yrs. Thanks for the quality work!

  Work Done: Josh Zimmer was prompt and very professional, arriving at the scheduled time. Though the visit was scheduled as a tune-up, Josh identified some additional challenges with my overhead system. After completing a thorough evaluation, he patiently and clearly explained the concerns and the process / cost for remediation in a manner that never felt like an "upsell". He extended his day well into the evening, to ensure the work was done correctly and to my complete satisfaction. Josh mentioned that he prides himself in doing an exceptional job and would never put his name behind anything less. I would not hesitate to recommend Don's Garage Door Repair to anyone, especially if you are fortunate enough to have Josh on the job!
