    Highly recommend! Miss Cheryl was able to help us lower our flood insurance payment by a HUGE amount. She stayed in contact with me throughout the day to help answer questions and not only that, but treated me like family. I would recommend this business to anyone searching for a friendly, kind, helpful agent.

    Cheryl is dabomb.com!! I couldn’t ask for a better insurance agent! She works tirelessly to ensure her clients are taken care of. We recently had our insurance company drop us and she made certain our home and personal property were covered! Thank you Cheryl. You are simply the best! Better than all the rest 😊!!

    This place is a joke and I want to let others know about them ! I have had this insurance company since 2014 haven’t had problems until recently Alecia helped me throughout the years and apparently she is no longer there and it’s new people that I’ve never dealt with I’ve always contacted Alecia she was great . I recently contacted them to re write my policy because I needed to change it to a renters policy and Cheryl tells me she will rewrite it a month before my policy cancels which was 3 months away from the date I called and asked it to be redone . I then contact the actual company FED NAT to see if this was normal they say the local agent needs to rewrite it immediately because if anything happens you won’t be covered do to it needs to be switched to a renters policy . I then call Cheryl back to let her know she seems frustrated that I called and asked her to rewrite it sooner than she wanted me to then said ok I’ll write it and contact you back we’ll weeks went by so I called agency and apparently they knew who I was and my phone number and would never answer I called days with no answer I left v mails and e mails no return called . I then called with a different phone number and first ring someone answers . They were ignoring me . This is bad service and the customer does not come first to them they are unprofessional and since then I have found a new great local agent that actually puts customers first . Customers is how they are getting paid for a living and treating a customer like this is bad for business .
