  I made a service appointment for 7:45am. I arrive at 7:50( 20 was congested). I was advised it would be a 3 hour wait for a simple oil change. I asked her what’s the point of making an appointment if you have to wait 3 hours. I could understand an hour, but 3! People schedule early morning appointments so they can get in and out, not to wait. I canceled my appointment and left. This was my first time coming to this location and will be my last!

  I spent weeks looking for a good reliable car that was affordable for my lifestyle. After being priced out and looking endlessly, Renae swiftly came in and worked incredibly hard to get me exactly what I was looking for and more. I’ve never had a great buying experience, but now I can no longer say that. She was friendly, efficient, great communication, did all the leg work for me before I came into the dealership and I left with more than I came in looking for. I would recommend Renae and her colleagues anyday. Truly a great experience, you’ve gained a costumer for life.

  Very shady financing options. Walk in with 750 credit rating. Offered 9% financing on 40% down. Show them my loan preapproval for 5.25%. Suddenly, financing offer dropped to 5.5%! All within 10 minutes. Six months after purchase, groove has worn into front right brake disc. Don Davis finds no cause. I pull off the wheel to find a bent brake pad bracket. Brakes were new with purchase, installed by Don Davis themselves. Because of the bracket location, it was impossible that something on the road damaged it. Don Davis service just shrugged and refused to accept blame. I paid $300 to fix their mistake myself.
