I tried to buy my spouses wedding ring here but was turned off by the pressure and business nature of it. It’s fine but there are others that may be more personable for subsequent visits for cleanings and future purchases

He said he had to charge me $30 for a clasp that wouldn’t even match. I said I was going to see if my friend could do it and if not, I would come back. He told me “I don’t want you to come back it’s not worth my time.” I was kind of taken aback because I was going to look at some other jewelry in the store. His marketing definitely need some work. So you know what don’t worry I won’t be back.
