Mike Taylor helped us switch over to State Farm nearly a year ago for both our auto and home insurance, and he saved us a nice bit of money while making the change over from our old coverage seamless. Tonight we had to file a claim after a minor car accident, and Mike made himself available to answer any questions we had and walk us through the claim process on the app. Fantastic service is commendable enough, but Mike clearly cares about the people he helps. Can’t say enough about him and this agency.

Amazing experience with StateFarm- Staten Island team!
StateFarm has been absolutely amazing! Their customer service is outstanding, always responsive, consistently following up, and genuinely caring. I’ve had quite a lot going on lately and it’s easy to become reactive when life feels overwhelming. But this particular Statefarm Office in Staten Island showed such compassion and understanding. They took the time to guide me, calm me and helped me refocus. They’ve handled my life insurance, car insurance, and homeowners insurance and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my business. I initially got life insurance with State Farm back in 2023. I had met with Mike Taylor and he was awesome. Super knowledgeable and down to earth. He made what can be an unusual experience pleasant. I’d since moved to PA and gotten Car and Renters Insurance through Mike. He’d become my “go to guy” and had been available with every question I have.
