- SMStephanie MartinezSep 4, 20253.0Move in 08/20/2025- our daughter’s new place was uncleaned, appliances were not in working condition. Carpets had pet hair and pet odors. We tried not to make a huge deal but did note conditions were unsatisfactory and emailed management . It wasn’t 100% unlivable but things needed to be repaired and as soon as possible. My daughter was comfortable with 2 of her roommates and wanted to move in. We moved our girl in but could not help driving home and feeling unsure and praying all would work out. Give this company a chance to make things right was our thought process. The next morning we called and went over our concerns. Manager came and walked the apartment and they started repairing things. We appreciate all! We hope to see more compassion and dedication from the onsite team! It’s still early but I recommend the team be more honest about possible roommate situation especially when one or more roommates renew and will already be in the living space. They only make ready the bedroom your student is leasing. They do not check appliances and you may be walking into a uncleaned apartment on move in day which was not very welcoming or inviting. We will see what the future brings but things seem to be handled quickly but they should also make sure the apartment is satisfactory and in working condition, cleaned and inviting. Keeps all from double working and making things harder than necessary.

- KWKelly WindsorAug 15, 20251.0Charged me and my roommates a ridiculous amount for all types of cleaning and fees that were entirely unnecessary, or existed at the prior to our lease. When I reached out to discuss this with them, I was ignored for months on end, until they threatened to damage my credit score, in which they still did not respond to any of my inquiries. Severely disappointed, I would not recommend the domain to anyone.
