  It’s like being in Dolly’s cabin. Perfect! She planned every detail to make great experience. Noise machine, woodsmen fire pits, and a channel at night that had her reading bedtime stories that even adults loved. If you get a chance to sit in front of the fire place you better take it because if you don’t, someone else will. It was harder getting to sit at the fireplace then it was getting on any other rides at Dollywood. Plus getting the tickets through the hotel reservation made things so much better because we also got the trolley pass and fast passes!!! The hotel was at least 96% full, and you never would’ve known it because it was quiet, calm, and very spacious. And you have to get the cinnamon bread !!!

  The hotel staff are the kindest most patient and informative I've ever encountered. I had no clue what to expect on my first trip to Dollywood. I'm a Dolly Parton fan and was curious so we went. The staff welcomed us. They explained everything in detail and even gave us some tips for maximizing our trip while at the theme park. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space for our needs.

  We have stayed here a couple of times and we love this resort. Sadly we had to cancel our upcoming trip this fall due to family illness. I pre-paid one night in advance and cancelled within the time limit and was due a refund. Today I received a call from Myisha with the Heartsong Lodge -- she wanted to let me know she had tried to refund my eligible prepaid one night but it did not recognize my card. I realized the card had expired. We figured out to try my new card and that worked. In the process while talking to Myisha she was so very kind. She was so nice regarding us not being able to come and said she hoped we could come soon. I told her we plan to sometime within the next few months. We had a nice chat about the resort and that coming in the winter months are also nice. I'm not sure who Myisha's supervisor / manager is but please let her know I am so thankful she and the HeartSong Lodge & Resort called me to make sure I received my refund without having to call them and ask for it. Another reason we love this place ! It is obvious the owners and the one and only Dolly have instilled great values in this wonderful resort in a beautiful area.

  First time at Dollywood Started 3 night, 2 Park days 2 adults, 2 children Room was nice. Typical layout with a balcony. Nice and roomy. Small fridge in room. Bath tub with shower. Pretty quiet as well Service was good and staff was friendly. Trolly to from park was nice. Just had to have your room ticket. Prevent people from parking at resort. Worked well with no hold up. Amenities were a bit lacking for a resort IMO. Just send to check boxes. There is a pool, had a waterfall feature. Small kid water pop area. They're park is a soft turn area and has a slide and some music style interactions. I didn't see a trail! Overall, nice place with decent pricing. Will stay here again when we come back to Dollywood

  Heartsong Resort is the most beautiful and relaxing place I’ve ever stayed. From the professional but down home nice staff and lodge feel rooms to Dolly music gently playing in the background everything is simply perfect! We enjoyed meals at the resort restaurants and all were delicious but the pizzas are a don’t miss! If you love sweets the soft serve ice cream is wonderful AND you can get Dolly’s famous cinnamon bread here! Heartsong has the largest outside spa (hot tub) I’ve ever enjoyed while looking at the beautiful mountains. The pools are amazing but the spa is where it’s at! Each evening you can enjoy s’mores at the wood burning fire pit and musical guests by the fire pits. Parking is no worry for Dollywood when you ride the Dolly Trolly. All this and I haven’t even told you how comfortable our room was with a beautiful balcony, a woodsy mural, a desk with 2 chairs and a comfortable chair just to relax in. Every touch of the resort feels like it was made with me as a guest in mind. Well if you listen to Dolly’s message on the television she says Heartsong is her love letter to the smokies and I believe it. We didn’t want to leave but we will definitely come back. Thank you Heartsong and thank you Dolly!
