We came for a birthday celebration. Parking was easy, as they offered valet and validated our tickets. There was a lengthy wait despite a reservation. But it turned out ok because 1 member of our party was late. Our server (I wish I could recall his name) was young, but enthusiastic, engaging and super attentive.
The atmosphere was fun, cool and relaxed.
And the food was great! I ordered an omelet of sorts. 😊 The food was on the pricier side, I guess. But it was fresh and worth it.
Just come prepared; save your coins. You won't be disappointed. 😋
Went here for a dinner with friends (6 people total). The restaurant was less than half full when we arrived for our reservation at 7:15. It took us 25 minutes to be seated even though there were plenty of available tables with the table settings already out. The restaurant was apparently short staffed and the wait staff all seemed stressed. We had inquired about the bread that is supposed to come with the meal and it took nearly an hour to get the bread. They brought us a single slice of bread with 5 plates even though there were 6 of us because they had allegedly ran out of bread. When I walked inside to use the restroom, every table had bread including tables that were recently sat with menus. My water was only refilled when I had requested it and we had to wait long periods of time in between any wait staff checking in on us. Everything took SO much time - waiting to place an order, getting water, drinks, and our meals, and paying for our food. The food and ambience were nice, but the service does not match the price at all. Things happen and restaurants get busy with low staffing - but while the staff were nice, they were entirely apathetic to creating a pleasurable experience despite those challenges. If you are looking for a nice dinner, I would recommend you look elsewhere in Dallas. The food and ambience do not outweigh the lack of service and feeling ignored when you want something as basic as your water refilled.

Terrible experience. I came here with clients and the server was unprofessional and exceptionally rude. There was a lot going on when he first approached the table, instead of working through and communicating any specials or recommended dishes with us, he walked away and refused to even give us water for 20 minutes. If I show up to your establishment and notate that it is a business dinner, I cannot control what my clients do or if they accept a FaceTime from their child while traveling for work. Looked like a terrible discretionary choice for me and I will never go back again. If this is an upper scale restaurant some common sense is needed for the level of service.
We ordered mussels and he just said “we are out” when dropping off other apps and walked away. I was so embarrassed at my choice of venue. 0/10, would not recommend, go anywhere else so you’re not as mortified as I was.

🌸 Baby Shower Appreciation Post 🌸
Yesterday we celebrated a beautiful baby shower at Dolce Riviera in Dallas, and I have to take a moment to shout out the incredible wait staff who truly made the day special.
Peyton, Alex, Eddie, and Eduardo — you all went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Every detail, every drink, every smile — perfection. Thank you for your hard work, professionalism, and kindness. Our guests felt welcomed and cared for the entire time.
We appreciate you more than you know! 💙✨

How on earth has it been over six years since I last came here? The food is still as lovely and vibrant as I remember—even my kids were wide-eyed over the eggplant parmesan.
The patio is truly a gem: completely shaded, with two calming water features that drown out the nearby highway noise. You’d never guess you’re in the middle of a CBD.
The cocktails leaned a touch sweet for my taste, but that didn’t stop me from ordering a second. We went full family-style with the menu: tender, flavorful meatballs; eggplant parmesan that was delicious without being sloppy or soggy; bruschetta with a bright lemon kick; a fresh salad; and rigatoni ala vodka (solid, though I’ll admit I still prefer Carbone Vino’s version).
The best part? My daughter is already asking when we can go back. That’s the sign of a new family favorite.
